I'm Mirena, the owner of The European Cakery on Cape Cod. A home bakery located in Marstons Mills, MA.

 

I was born & raised in Eastern Europe, Bulgaria, hence the name “The European Cakery”. I grew up cooking with my grandmother and to this day I still love using her recipe book!

 

I have an artistic eye and an enthusiasm for baking. Well... honestly ALL cooking (I bet that’s my husband’s favorite trait about me haha)! When I became a mother of that cute baby boy I needed a new career to match. I combined my passion for art & cuisine to create delicious eye catching desserts. I opened my home bakery during the pandemic... a risky move that couldn’t have been more perfect for my family!!

 

The desserts I create are delicately decorated with (not overly sweet) buttercream and rich layers. A hit at any event! Every order is personalized - the dessert table set ups, an elegant piece of art created to be a centerpiece, or something super fun for a child’s birthday. For any occasion or no occasion!
